BVI Companies

BVI Company £725 and annual fee thereafter £599* (with Nominee Package)

Business Companies established in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) are extremely flexible vehicles which can carry out many different trades without the need for a license. The cost for the incorporation of a BVI Business Company and its annual running costs are quite low in comparison to other jurisdictions. Furthermore, there are minimal requirements to file information about the ownwers and officers of a BVI Company at the registry and therefore it is very difficult to establish the identity of the real owner of a BVI offshore company.

The British Virgin Islands (BVI) is located in the Caribbean and a UK Dependant Territory and the world's biggest incorporator of offshore companies called Business Companies (BC’s, formerly known as IBC’s) . This is due to several factors:  There is no requirement to file any information with the authorities. There are no requirements to prepare annual financial statements or audit accounts. BVI offshore companies do not pay any Corporation, capital gains, or inheritance taxes.

BVI Company Compliance

The officers and shareholders of a BVI Company are required to be recorded at Companies House and the annual return detailing any changes is required to be validated every year. For most companies, accounts are required to be prepared annually and filed at Companies House. A Resident BVI company is required to file audited accounts. A Corporate Director is permitted to be a director of a BVI company. Every BVI company must obtain a tax number. For most of our clients Keylink Consultancy provides a Corporate Company Director, Secretary and a Shareholder service (nominees) so that your name will not appear on any official record at Companies House, ensuring that your identity is protected. Records of the identity of the beneficial owners of a BVI Company remain confidential.
